Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases in the shop on pauliuspetrauskas.com. Last updated: 19 Oct 2026.

1. Seller

2. Products and orders

Products are made to order by our print partner after you pay. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed product. Size guides are on the product pages. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded in English or Lithuanian, depending on the language of the site you used. Because every item is made to order, an order can be cancelled for a full refund only until production starts: email shop@pauliuspetrauskas.com as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal after delivery.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The seller is not a VAT payer. Payment is processed by Stripe.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Production and delivery times are described on the Shipping page. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, if they notify us within that time. Returns are at the buyer’s cost, goods must be unworn and in original condition, and we do not exchange goods. You can also withdraw online on the Withdraw from contract form. 6. Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund it. Goods come with a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years.

7. Product safety

Information about the manufacturer and the EU responsible person for each product is given on the product page and on the product label, as required by the EU General Product Safety Regulation.

8. Intellectual property

Designs, logos, photos and text on the site and on the products belong to Paulius Petrauskas or the respective rights holders and may not be copied without permission.

9. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at shop@pauliuspetrauskas.com; we aim to answer within 5 working days. Consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt). The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies, without removing the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
